Development of the O2 Czech Republic a.s. company on the telecommunications market

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na fundamentální analýzu českého telekomunikačního operátora O2. V práci se k analýze přistupuje způsobem top-down, co v praxi znamená, že nejdříve jsou analyzovány globální faktory, následně odvětvové faktory a jako poslední jsou analyzovány firemní fundamenty. Výsledkem analýzy je určení vnitřní hodnoty akcie společnosti, porovnání s aktuální tržní hodnotou a vyslovení investičního doporučení na střednědobém investičním horizontu.

The master thesis is focused on fundamental analysis of the Czech telecommunications operator O2 Czech Republic. The analysis is conducted in top-down approach, which means the global factors are analysed in the first place, next industry factors and finally company fundamental factors. The goal of the thesis is to determine intrinsic value of share, which is afterwards compared to current market value and followed with investment recommendation whether to sell, hold or buy shares of the company in medium term investment horizon.
