| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou efektivnosti zavedení mechanismu přenesení daňové povinnosti na mobilní telefony a videoherní konzole v České republice. Tento systém bývá často považován jako účinný nástroj v boji proti kolotočovým podvodům, se kterými se potýkají všechny členské státy EU. Závěrečná část práce porovnává bilanci obchodů s vybranými komoditami mezi Českou republikou a jinými členskými zeměmi EU před zavedením a po zavedení mechanismu na našem území. |

| Abstract: | This final thesis analyses the effectivness of introduction of reverse-charge mechanism on mobile phones and game consoles in the Czech Republic. This system is considered as the most efficient tool against carousel frauds which every member state of the European Union has to deal with. The final part of the thesis compares trade balances of both mentioned commodities between the Czech Republic and other member states of the European Union before the introduction and after the introduction of reverse-charge mechanism in the Czech Republic. |
