| Abstract: | Fundamentální analýza představuje široce využívanou mezi analytiky a nejkomplexnější metodu, která umožňuje udělat rozhodnutí o správném ocenění určitého aktiva na základě zkoumání globálních, odvětvových a firemních faktorů a událostí. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat teoretické základy metod fundamentální analýzy, jejich použitelnost při rozhodování za existujících podmínek na ruském trhu a na praktickém příkladu ukázat použití fundamentální analýzy na konkrétním příkladě "Lukoil". |

| Abstract: | Fundamental analysis is a widely used among analysts and the most complex method, that allows to make a decision on right valuation of certain assets on the basis of examination of global, sectoral and corporate factors and events. The aim of this thesis is to describe the theoretical foundations of methods of fundamental analysis, their applicability for the existing conditions at the Russian market and to show on a practical example the use of fundamental analysis on a specific case "Lukoil". |
