| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje finanční a strategické analýze pro účely ocenění podniku. V práci je charakterizován konkrétní podnik a jeho předmět podnikání. Hlavním cílem předložené práce je vytvořit podklady pro ocenění jedné ze společností holdingu JET Investment, a. s. Tato potřeba vychází z aktuální investiční příležitosti. Uvažuji konkrétního uživatele finanční a strategické analýzy s jeho specifickými požadavky dozvědět se to nejdůležitější o krátkodobých a dlouhodobých perspektivách vybraného podniku, kterým jsou Strojírny Poldi, a. s. Krátkodobé perspektivy určím na základě finanční analýzy založené především na Grünwaldově bonitním modelu. Následné učinění závěrů ohledně dlouhodobého výhledu společnosti bylo provedeno ve strategické analýze syntézou poznatků o vnějším a vnitřní prostředí Strojíren Poldi, a.s. s pomocí SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis for the purpose of business valuation. The work aims to characterize a specific company and its line of business. The main objective of this work is to create a basis for the valuation of one of the subsidiaries of JET Investment, a.s. This need is based on the current investment opportunities. Therefore, considering a specific user of financial and strategic analysis with its specific requirements, to him it is the most important thing to learn about the short- and long-term prospects of the selected company, which are Strojírny Poldi, a.s. Short-term prospects will be determined by financial analysis based primarily on Grünwald site index. There is a synthesis to be made in order to draw conclusions about the long-term prospects where thanks to the SWOT analysis the knowledge of both the external and internal analysis is utilised. |
