| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku úvěrových cyklů. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy dat posoudit existenci úvěrového cyklu v České republice a v případě jeho prokázání zanalyzovat jeho vztah vůči hospodářskému cyklu. Téma úvěrových cyklů není v české literatuře do současné doby blíže zpracováno, i proto je hlavním přínosem práce podání srozumitelného výkladu teorie úvěrových cyklů a následně jeho zkoumání na reálných datech. V teoretické části je nastíněna celková problematika úvěrových cyklů, včetně jejich možného řešení. V praktické části je pak pomocí základní analýzy dat úvěrového vývoje posouzena existence úvěrového cyklu v ČR a následně jeho vztah k hospodářskému cyklu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of credit cycles. The objective of the thesis is to determine due to data analysis, whether the credit cycle in the Czech Republic exists or not. If the credit cycle is proven, there will be also analysis of his relation to the business cycle. The topic of the credit cycles has been not closely processed in Czech literature, thus the major contribution of this thesis is understandable view into the theory of credit cycles and then his demonstration on real data. The theoretical part overall the issue of credit cycles, including their possible solutions. The practical part investigates the existence of the credit cycle due to basic data analysis and consequently identifies its relation to the business cycle. |
