In general, it shows the theoretical essentials of CSR area. Based on own research among companies in the Czech republic, the thesis analyzes, in specific factors, what expectations companies had of implementing the CSR to business strategy. These expectations are then, by firms, compared to evaluations of positives in said specific factors. The results show, that expectations are considerably high, but they are not met by the pesimistic, unsatisfying evaluations of CSR praxis. Further analysis shows, that firms recognize number of serious barriers in process of CSR implementation and it also shows, that there is a noticeable demand for greater coordination initiative of government. The firms also demand a systematic approach of government based on a national strategy of CSR and, additonaly, establishing a central information source for effective and progressive information spreading and propagation. In last analysis, the results show, that firms would appreciate a systematic acknoledgement of the CSR concept in the legislature and praxis of public procurement. |
