| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem založení specializované mateřské školy a jejím uplatněním na trhu. Teoretická část objasňuje náležitosti nutné k založení soukromé mateřské školy a analyzuje současnou situaci na trhu v oblasti předškolního vzdělávání. Praktická část práce je věnována konkrétnímu příkladu soukromé umělecké školky Artík. Popisuje vyjímečnost konceptu školky i uměleckých specializací a předkládá doporučení pro efektivní uplatnění školky na konkurenčním trhu. V závěru práce jsou teoretické i praktické poznatky podloženy dotazníkovým šetřením. Práce by měla být podkladem pro budoucí podnikatelský plán soukromé umělecké školky Artík. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the business plan of establishment of a specialized kindergarten and its possibilities in the market. The theoretical part explains the requirements necessary for an establishment of a private kindergarten and analyzes the current situation on the market of preschool education. The practical part focuses on a specific example of a private kindergarten named Artík. It describes the exceptional concept of this kindergarten and its artistic specialties and gives recommendations for its most effective use in a competitive market. In the conclusion of the thesis is the theoretical and practical knowledge based on questionnaire survey. The work should provide a basis for the future business plan of private kindergarten Artík. |
