| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku čerpání finanční podpory z veřejných rozpočtů u klastrových organizací. Rozebírá princip a důvody sdružování podnikatelů do klastrů a zamýšlí se nad účelností podpory takových organizací a iniciativ, zejména v kontextu domácího prostředí, kdy klastr může být odpovědí regionálních podniků na kapitálově silné nadnárodní koncerny. Uvažuje nad optimální strukturou klastrové organizace v České Republice s ohledem na tuzemské právní a podnikatelské prostředí. V analytické části se pak práce podrobně věnuje struktuře využívání dotačního programu Klastry v Operačním Programu Průmysl a Podnikání ve zkráceném programovacím období 2004-2006 za účelem zvážení efektivity programu. |

| Abstract: | Thesis is targeted on the problem of financial support of the cluster organizations from public budgets. It analyses the main factors and reasons of the entrepreneurs for joining clusters and it is studying the principle of supporting those organizations, focusing mainly on domestic environment where cluster can work as a response of regional industries to the global financially strong concerns. It considers the optimal cluster structure in the Czech Republic in respect to domestic legal framework and local business conditions. In its analytical part, the thesis is focused on the structure of using the financial support from programme Klastry in Operational programme Industry and Enterprise in shortened programming period 2004-2006 with intentions to evaluate the effectivity of the programme. |
