| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využívání brownfield. Tématicky se práce člení na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou část věnovanou problematice brownfield a praktickou část. Úvodní část práce se tedy věnuje základním pojmům z oblasti brownfield, nejčastějším příčinám vzniku a obsahuje také klasifikaci jednotlivých typů brownfield včetně častých problémů při jejich rekultivaci. V praktické části se autorka zaměří na nastínění problémů při snaze o opětovné využití brownfield na praktickém příkladě. Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnout podrobnější informace k problematice brownfield při využití praktického příkladu a nastínění nejčastějších problémů při jejich využívání, se kterými je nutno se vypořádat. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of utilizing the Brownfield sites illustrated on a practical example. Thematically, the work is divided into two parts, a theoretical section, which addresses the Brownfield issues and its practical part. The introductory part focuses on basic concepts around Brownfield, the most common causes of it, and also contains a classification of different types of Brownfield including frequent difficulties in their rehabilitation. In the practical part, the author focuses on the problems outlined in the attempt to re-use Brownfield sites on a practical example. The aim of this work is to provide detailed information on the Brownfield issues using a practical example and outline common problems in their use, which must be challenged. |
