| Abstract: | Cilem dane bakalarske prace je popsat a vyhodnotit proces ziskavani a vyberu zamestnancu ve spolecnosti XYZ v Ceske republice, ktera poskytuje sluzby v oblasti auditu, poradenstvi, financniho poradenstvi, rizeni rizik a dani. V teoreticke casti jsou popsany zakladni metody ziskavani a vyberu zamestnancu. Prakticka cast obsahuje vlastni analyzu a vyhodnoceni pouzivanych zasad a metod ziskavani a vyberu pracovniku v poradenske spolecnosti XYZ. Bakalarska prace je zpracovana na zaklade odborne literatury a internich materialu spolecnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelors Thesis is to describe and evaluate the process of the staff recruitment and selection of employees in the company XYZ in the Czech Republic that provides audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, tax and related services. The theoretical part describes the basic methods of recruitment and selection of staff. Practical part is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of the principles and methods of the staff recruitment and selection of employees in the above mentioned company. This Bachelors Thesis was written with the use of professional literature and the internal materials of the company. |
