| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podpory malého a středního podnikání v České republice ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie, konkrétně Operačním programem Podnikání a inovace, se zaměřením na Karlovarský kraj. První část práce je věnována vymezeních základních pojmů této problematiky. Druhá část se věnuje popisu regionální politiky Evropské unie v České republice s konkrétním popisem Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace. Praktická část je věnována analýze aktuálního čerpání tohoto Operačního programu v Karlovarském kraji. Součástí praktické části práce je také srovnání čerpání dotací v Karlovarském kraji s Libereckým krajem, stručný popis postupu podávání žádostí o dotace a uvedení konkrétního příkladu podpořených projektů firmy GDK, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of support to small and medium entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic from the European Union's structural funds, specifically, when it comes to the Operational Programme of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with a focus on the Karlovy Vary region. The first part of the thesis concentrates on defining the basic concepts of this issue. The second part describes the regional policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic with a specific focus on the Operational Programme of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current draw of this Operational Programme in the Karlovy Vary region. It also takes into account the comparison of utilization of grants in the Karlovy Vary region and the Liberec region, a brief description of the procedure for submitting a grant application, and shows an example of supported projects in the Karlovy Vary region on the GDK Inc. company. |
