| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá internetovým obchodováním, a to především z právního hlediska. Je zde popsán vývoj internetového obchodování a také základní pojmy, které jsou s touto oblastí spojeny. Dále se práce věnuje samotnému internetovému nákupu. Jsou popsány a vysvětleny náležitosti, které musí splňovat internetová smlouva, stejně tak práva spotřebitele v případě reklamace zboží a jeho právo od smlouvy odstoupit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the e-commerce from the legal point of view. The development of the e-commerce is described as well the basic terms which are with this area connected. Next goal of this thesis is to explain electronic purchase. What conditions the electronic contract consists of and the rights of the consumers in case of complaint to cancel this contract. |
