| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje vztah náboženství a společnosti islámských zemí v historickém kontextu, který zasahuje až do současnosti. Autorka se věnuje islámskému právnímu systému šarí'a, z historického hlediska popisuje vývoj právního systému a jeho stoupající a klesající vliv na společnost a stát. Cílem práce je porovnat sekularizační proces Turecké republiky a Íránské islámské republiky a zanalyzovat, co mělo vliv na případný odlišný proces. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the relationship between religion and society of Islamic countries in a historical context that extends to the present. The author deals with the Islamic Shariah legal system, from a historical perspective describes the development of the legal system and its increasing and decreasing impact on society and the state. The aim is to compare the process of secularization of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran and analyze what influenced the process any different. |
