| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with website analytics with emphasis on electronic trading. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the subject, describe the various tools and metrics and consequently apply the findings to solve a particular problem, which, in this case, is to perform an analysis of the current state and to raise the usability of a selected e-commerce site. |
