| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na komparaci výdajů na veřejnou správu statutárních měst Děčín a Teplice. Zahrnuje charakteristické znaky obou měst, zaměřuje se na organizaci magistrátu, orgány města, a především na výdaje na veřejnou správu a služby těchto měst a jejich komparativní analýzu. Navzdory podobnosti mezi městy panuje mezi nimi značný rozdíl ve výdajích na veřejnou správu. V roce 2010 šlo o rozdíl zhruba 70 milionů Kč. Jaké jsou důvody toho, že navzdory prakticky stejným charakteristickým znakům je rozdíl v tomto výdaji tak značný, je předmětem diplomové práce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the comparison of expenditure on general administration of the statutory cities of Decin and Teplice. It includes features of both cities, focusing on the organization of the municipality, the city authorities, and in particular expenditure on public administration and services of these cities and their comparative analysis. Despite the similarities between them, there is a significant difference between the expenditure on public administration. In 2010, it was a difference of about 70 million CZK. What are the reasons that despite virtually the same characteristic features of the difference in this issue of such significance is the subject of this thesis. |
