| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi bankrotními či bonitními modely a vyhlášením insolvenčního řízení. Metodická část obsahuje popis sedmi bankrotních a bonitních modelů, dále jsou v metodické části rozebrány právní aspekty insolvenčního řízení v podmínkách České republiky. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku šesti vybraných podniků, se kterými již bylo zahájeno insolvenční řízení. Dále se praktická část zabývá jednotlivými podanými insolvenčními návrhy. Další částí je aplikace bankrotních a bonitních modelů a jejich vyhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find out whether there is a relationship between bankruptcy or credibility models and a declaration of insolvency proceedings. The methodical part contains description of seven bankruptcy and credibility models and it also contains legal aspects of insolvency proceedings in terms of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains characteristic of six selected companies where the insolvency proceeding has already been begun. Aditionally the practical part deals with individual filled insolvency petitions. There is aplication of bankruptcy and credibility models and their evaluation in the last part. |
