| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá informačními systémy používanými při řízení lidských zdrojů a jejich strukturou. Dokumentuje nástroje používané při plánování pracovníků a mzdových nákladů ve velké výrobní společnosti. Hlavním přínosem bakalářské práce je navržení obecného modelu HRIS, který lze považovat za komplexní obecný model roku 2013 pro všechny HRIS systémy. A dále poukázání na to, že všechny na trhu dostupné HRIS jsou obecně parametrizovatelné, díky čemuž lze tyto systémy využívat v rozdílných společnostech (velké, malé, výrobní, atd.). |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with information systems used in human resources management and their structure. Documented tools used in the planning staff and labor costs in large manufacturing companies. The main contribution of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a general model HRIS, which can be considered as a comprehensive generic model for year 2013 and for all HRIS systems. And next contribution is show that all commercially available HRIS are generally configurable, making these systems can be used in different companies (large, small, manufacturing, etc.). |
