| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice integrace imigrantů na pracovní trh ve Švédsku. Klade si za úkol ukázat a analyzovat agendu hlavních státních aktérů, kteří v procesu integrace na pracovní trh hrají značnou roli a následně ukázat možnosti doplnění státních institucí nestátními organizacemi v těch oblastech integrace, kde je to výhodné. Dále se práce snaží ukázat i způsoby komunikace státních i nestátních aktérů s nově příchozími imigranty. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the immigrant integration into the labour market in Sweden. It aims to show and analyze the agenda of the main state actors, which play a significant role in the process of integration into the labour market and subsequently show the possibility of complementing state institutions with non-state organizations in those areas where it is beneficial. In addition, the work tries to show ways of communication of state and non-state actors with newly arrived immigrants. |
