| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prodejem bezlepkových potravin na maloobchodním trhu s důrazem na maloobchodní řetězce. První kapitola pojednává o charakteristice bezlepkových potravin a o zvýšeném zájmu o tyto potraviny v posledních letech. Druhá kapitola popisuje maloobchodní trhy v České republice a v Německu se zaměřením na maloobchodní řetězce a tyto trhy porovnává. Třetí kapitola se zabývá nabídkou bezlepkových potravin v jednotlivých zemích a tuto nabídku srovnává. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi spotřebiteli. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis applies to the sale of gluten-free foods in retail market with an emphasis on retail chains. The first chapter deals with characteristics of gluten-free foods and the increased interest in these foods in recent years. The second chapter describes the retail markets in the Czech Republic and Germany with a focus on retail chains and compares these markets. The third chapter deals with the supply of gluten-free food in these countries and compares this supply. The fourth chapter is dedicated to my own research based on a questionnaire survey among consumers. |
