| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá rovnováhou mezi podnikáním a osobním životem. Jejím cílem je zjistit, které z vybraných faktorů mají na rovnováhu vliv. Teoretická část rozebírá pojmy podnikání, podnikatel a rovnováha mezi pracovním a osobním životem. Metodologická část definuje metody výzkumu, sledované faktory, hypotézy a vysvětluje práci s Gröpelovým a vlastními dotazníky. V praktické části je popsána realizace výzkumu, získaný vzorek respondentů a jsou analyzovány souvislosti mezi vybranými faktory a rovnováhou. Na vzorku 37 respondentů, podnikatelů z oblasti služeb, bylo pomocí empirického kombinovaného výzkumu realizovaného formou písemného a ústního dotazování zjištěno, že rovnováha závisí na self-efficacy, time managementu a partnerském vztahu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the balance between entrepreneurship and personal life. Its goal is to identify factors impacting this balance. Theoretical part tackles the concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and balance between entrepreneurship and personal life. Methodological part describes research methods, selection of factors, definition of hypotheses, particular components of questionnaire, factors' measurement and data evaluation. Practical part consists of measuring the balance and analyzing the connection between the factors and the balance. Based on a sample of 37 entrepreneurs in service sector, the research results lead to the conclusion that the balance is influenced by self-efficacy, time management and personal relationship. |
