| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a v jejím rámci připraveností firem na změny obchodních modelů. Jedná se o velice diskutované téma, jelikož čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce již ovlivňuje či bude ovlivňovat prakticky každou firmu. Z tohoto důvodu by na ni firmy měly být řádně připraveny. Cílem práce je vytvoření zralostního modelu a jeho následné využití pro ohodnocení zralosti firem z oblasti kovozpracujícího průmyslu. Zralost zde reprezentuje právě připravenost firem na blížící se změny. Praktické uplatnění modelu, založeného na podkladech z teoretické části práce a na již uskutečněných výzkumech s podobným zaměřením, je rovněž využito k ověření jeho funkčnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the theme of the fourth industrial revolution and within it with the readiness of companies to change business model. This is very discussed subject, as the fourth industrial revolution already affects or will affect virtually every company. For this reason, companies should be properly prepared for it. The aim of the thesis is to create a maturity model and to use it to evaluate the maturity of companies from the metalworking industry. The maturity represents here the readiness of companies for approaching changes. The practical application of the model, based on the theoretical part of the thesis and the researches with a similar focus which were already carried out, is also used to verify its functionality. |
