| Abstract: | Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Credit One, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a shrnuje základní poznatky týkající se získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část již popisuje konkrétní činnosti procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Credit One, a.s. Tato část je zpracována na základě provedené analýzy interních dokumentů a rozhovoru s personální pracovnicí společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a porovnat analyzovaný proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců s poznatky z teoretické části a v případě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení fungování procesu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s Thesis is focused on the process of recruitment and selection of employees in organization Credit One, a.s. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on the academic literature and provides basic information about the recruitment and selection of employees.The practical part describes specific activities related to the process of recruitment and selection of employees in Credit One, a.s. This part is based on an analysis of internal documents and inteview with a human resource officer of the company. The aim of the thesis is to evalueate and compare the analysed process of recruitment and selection of employees with the acquired data in the theoretical part and in case of detected shortages suggest some measures to improve function of the process. |
