| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci jsou nejprve v teoretické části představeny a popsány pojmy procesu a procesního řízení a srovnání s řízením funkčním. Dále je popsána základní osnova pro postup při transformaci procesů a způsobu řízení. V praktické části je popsána situace konkrétní distribuční společnosti, která je momentálně řízena způsobem funkčním. Následně jsou navrženy a pomocí daných notaci a nástrojů namodelovány vybrané procesy, které byly zkonzultovány s jejich navrženými vlastníky. Cílem je popis přechodu z funkčního řízení na řízení procesní a jeho praktická ukázka pomoci modelů. |

| Abstract: | In the theory section of this bachelor thesis there are presented and described concepts of process, business process management and its comparison with traditional functional management. Consequently, there is a fundamental description of procedure of a transformation of processes and management system. In the method section there is a description of the situation of a specific distribution company which currently applies functional management. Consequently, there are designs, and models created using chosen notations and methods of selected business processes that have been consulted with their designated owners. The objective of this thesis is to describe a transformation of a functionally oriented management system towards a business process oriented management system and its applied demonstration using models. |
