| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza stylů řízení čtyř manažerů v servisní bankovní instituci. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy z oblasti osobnosti manažera, pozice a role manažera v organizaci, řízení lidí a působení stylů řízení manažerů na podřízené. V empirické části práce je na základě dotazníkového šetření provedena analýza stylů řízení čtyř manažerů. Také je zde zkoumána spokojenost podřízených se stylem řízení jejich manažera. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty poznatky vyplývající z výzkumu a stanovená doporučení pro manažery, která mohou zvýšit spokojenost jejich podřízených. |

| Abstract: | The subject-matter of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the management styles of four managers in a servicing banking institution. The theoretical part of the thesis defines various terms in the field of personality of managers, the position and role of a manager in an organization, people management, and the effects of management styles on the subordinates. In the empirical part of the thesis, the management styles of four managers are analysed on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Satisfaction of the subordinates with the management style of their manager is also examined here. The conclusion of the diploma thesis summarizes the findings resulting from the research as well as the recommendations for managers, which may increase satisfaction of their subordinates. |
