| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů digitální analytiky v rámci telekomunikací, konkrétně analytickými výstupy, které podporují různé úrovně manažerského rozhodování. Cílem práce je teoretické i praktické ověření přínosů digitální analytiky pro telekomunikační společnost, na kolik jsou takovéto nástroje vhodným prostředkem pro podporu rozhodování. Výstupem práce je ukázková aplikace analytického nástroje Adobe Analytics v konkrétních oblastech podnikání společnosti O2 Czech Republic. Způsob využití nástroje v praxi lze aplikovat i na jinou společnost zabývající se podobnými aktivitami. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the use of digital analytics tools within the telecommunications industry, namely analytical outputs that support different levels of managerial decision making. The aim of the thesis is the theoretical and practical verification of the benefits of digital analytics for the telecommunication company, how much such tools are a suitable means of deci-sion support. The output of this work is a sample application of the analytics tool Adobe Analytics in specific business areas of O2 Czech Republic. The way in which the tool can be used in practice can be applied to another company engaged in similar activities. |
