| Abstract: | The present work is intended to focus on the development of the legal relations between Cuba and the European countries, later the European Union. The history of the relations date back to the colonial period and they never followed a linear path. This work aims to chronologize themand set a timeline, analyzing the background related to specific periods and describing them with facts, events, and numbers. Basic legal instruments related to this topic, mentioned and described in this work are the EU Common Position on Cuba and the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj právních vztahů mezi Kubou a evropskými zeměmi, později Evropskou unií. Historie vztahů se datuje do koloniálního období a nikdy nešla lineární cestou. Cílem této práce je nastavit časovou osu, analyzovat pozadí související s určitými obdobími a popisovat je fakty, událostmi a čísly. Základní právní nástroje související s tímto tématem, zmíněné a popsané v této práci, jsou Společný postoj EU k Kubě a Dohoda o politickém dialogu a spolupráci mezi Evropskou unií a Kubou. |
