| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce proto bude ověření hypotézy, která zní, zda zkrácení studia pro získání kvalifikace všeobecné zdravotní sestry přinese dostatek kvalitního personálu do českého zdravotnictví. Základní metodou bylo určení, jak zjistit základní výsledky, v jakém výzkumném vzorku. Základem bylo dotazníkové šetření u žáků 9. tříd základních škol a studentů 4. ročníků středních zdravotních škol. Pomocně i studentů prvních ročníků středních zdravotních škol. Následně byl zpracován mentální a systémový model chování. Z modelů byl empiricky zjištěn reálný počet zvýšeného zájmu o vzdělání v pozici zdravotní sestra. Závěrem bylo zjištěno, že se skutečně díky novelizaci z roku 2017 zvýší počet nejen uchazečů o studium středních zdravotních škol, ale zároveň též dojde k úbytku volných pracovních míst v pozici zdravotní sestra, zejména v pozici všeobecná zdravotní sestra. K základní tezi však chybí dostatek externích dat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master´s thesis is to verify the hypothesis: "If the shortening of the degree programme for obtaining a general nurse qualification would bring sufficient number of quality health professionals for the Czech health care service"?The elementary method of determination was used to obtain the baseline results and the specification of the research sample.The questionnaire survey was based on pupils of the 9th grades of primary schools and students of the 4th years of secondary health schools. Besides, survey on students of the 1st years of secondary health schools was valuable indeed. Subsequently, a mental and systemic models of behavior were elaborated.Based on the models, the real number of increased interest in nurse education was empirically found out. To summarize, it was found that: the 2017 amendment of the national law on nursing professional higher educationwould really not only increase the number of applicants for the study of secondary schools of health, but also decrease the number of the vacancies in the position of nurse professional, particularly as a general nurse.
