| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá funkcionální analýzou vybrané organizace, za účelem ověření, zda je schopna plnit své základní funkce. Jádrem je analýza čtyř subsystémů organi-zace podle schématu AGIL, jehož autorem je americký sociolog Talcott Parsons. Samotné analýze přechází teoretická část, která poskytne výchozí vhled do proble-matiky organizace na pozadí sociologických paradigmat. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the functional analysis of a selected organization with the aim to verify its ability to fulfil essential business functions. The main object of the thesis is to analyse four subsystems of the organization according to the AGIL scheme developed by the American sociologist Talcott Parsons. The thesis also includes the theoretical framework which provides the comprehensive study of the organization with respect to sociological paradigms. |
