| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novými hmotněprávními instituty dědického práva, které zavedl současný občanský zákoník. Práce se nevěnuje komplexně právní úpravě dědického práva v České republice, ale zaměřuje se pouze na nejvýznamnější změny a novinky. Důraz je kladen především na instituty odkazu a dědické smlouvy. Teoretické části jsou doplňovány praktickými příklady, jejichž cílem je přiblížit danou problematiku, popřípadě poukázat na nedostatky současné právní úpravy. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the new substantive institutes of a law of succession, which were implemented by current Civil Code. Bachelor thesis is not covering the complex legislation of a law of succession in the Czech Republic, but it focuses only on the most important changes and novelties. The emphasis is on the institutes of legacy and contact of succession. Theoretical parts are complemented by the practical cases, whose main objective is to give an insight into given issues, alternatively to point out the deficiencies in legislation. |
