| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována výzkumu vlivu osobní značky manažerů na jejich profesní život. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, metodickou a praktickou. V teoretické části lze nalézt řadu definic a pojmů týkajících se značky, osobní značky a komunikace osobní značky. Zvolenou formou metodologie je kvalitativní výzkum, přesněji hloubkové rozhovory. Praktická část se zabývá rozhovory s jednotlivými manažery, jejichž výsledky jsou pak shrnuty a následně jsou navržena i některá doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The Master thesis is dedicated to the research of the influence of the personal brand of several managers on their professional life. This thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, methodical and practical part. The terms and definitions related to brand, personal brand and personal brand communication can be found in the theoretical part. The chosen kind of methodology is qualitative research, specifically depth interviews. The practical part contains the interviews with each manager and it also summs up the results of the interviews. The summary is followed by some recommedations. |
