| Abstract: | Tato práce vznikla v reakci na vzrůstající četnost sporů vedených etnocentrickými motivy a na rostoucí nespokojenost členských států uvnitř nadnárodních organizací, jejichž snahou je zachování kooperace a udržování míru. Současnou situaci analyzuji a aplikuji na něj dosavadní vědecké poznání o tom, jak společenský řád funguje a jaké institucionální kroky jsou třeba dělat, aby byl řád zachován. Docházím k závěru, že při snaze udržet dosavadní uspořádání těchto organizací se vystavuje lidská společnost riziku rozpadu těchto uskupení a možnému následnému konfliktu, před kterým se nás tyto organizace snaží chránit. V reakci na tento závěr navrhuji uspořádání v podobě spontánního řádu. Tento řád je možné použít, jak pro uzavřenou společnost jako je například stát, tak pro celé lidstvo jako pro jednu celistvou globalizovanou společnost, popřípadě jako nadnárodní uskupení sdružující různé státy sledující stejný princip míru. |

| Abstract: | The thesis responds to an increasing frequency of ethnocentric-motivated conflicts, to increasing antisystem tendencies and to yet unsuccessful behavior of international organizations, whose purpose is to keep up peace and cooperation between participating countries and within societies. I analyze this current state of these organizations and I apply the current scientific knowledge of how social order works and what institutional steps are required to keep this order stable. I show that if these organizations will try to hold themselves up under current institutional structure, human society will face a risk of collapse of these organizations and further conflicts between societies will be inevitable. Furthermore, I offer a solution of spontaneous order institutional structure, which is usable for building a nation state, also usable for whole humanity as a one solid globalized society and it is also usable as an international structure, which keeps peace and cooperation among included nations. |
