| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje tématu vlivu lokálních pivovarů na regionální rozvoj v kontextu gastronomického a kulturního turismu. Jako sledovaný region jsem si vybral jižní část Šumavy a Pošumaví. V teoretické části se věnuji historii pivovarnictví v Čechách a ve vybraném regionu. Dále se věnuji vlivu pivního turismu na regionální rozvoj. V praktické části jsem vedl rozhovor se zástupci vybraných pivovarů o situaci pivovarnictví v regionu. Dále jsem sestavil srovnávací tabulky a SWOT analýzu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the influence of local breweries on regional development in the context of gastronomic and cultural tourism. I chose the southern part of Bohemian Forest and Bohemian Forest region as the region I watched. In the theoretical part I devote the history of brewing in Bohemia and the selected region. In addition, I devote myself to the influence of beer tourism on regional development. In practical Part I conducted an interview with representatives of selected breweries about the situation of brewing in the region. I have also compiled correlation tables and SWOT analysis. |
