| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou osobní železniční dopravy v Praze a její aglomeraci. Práce se konkrétně zaměřuje na segment příměstské železniční dopravy v tomto regionu. Teoretická část práce se zabývá především integrovanými dopravními systémy, jejichž nedílnou součástí je právě železniční doprava. Praktická část poté řeší vývoj, současný stav a budoucnost železničního uzlu Praha. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu a s ním spojeného kapacitního problému železničního uzlu Praha. Tento kapacitní problém by měl být v budoucnosti vyřešen výstavbou Nového spojení 2 – jedná se o tunely pro příměstskou železniční dopravu pod centrem Prahy, díky kterým by byl umožněn průjezdný model příměstské železnice v Praze. V práci jsou pro porovnání také představena 2 německá města, ve kterých byly tunely pro příměstskou železnici vybudovány již v minulosti. |

| Abstract: | This Master´s Thesis deals with the topic of passenger rail transport in Prague and its agglomeration. The thesis focuses specifically on the segment of suburban rail transport in this region. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the topic of integrated public transport systems (railway transport is an integral part of them). The practical part then deals with the development, the current state and the future of the Prague railway junction. The Master´s Thesis aims to analyze the present state and the capacity problem of the Prague railway junction. This capacity problem should be solved in future by the construction of the New Connection 2 – tunnels for suburban rail transport in the centre of Prague. There are also 2 German cities presented in the thesis, in which tunnels for suburban rail transport were built in the past. |
