| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy majetkové a finanční struktury společnosti STRABAG a.s. mezi roky 2013 – 2016 a posouzení majetkově-finanční stability. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - literární rešerši a aplikační část. Literární rešerše se zabývá majetkovou strukturou akciové společnosti a faktory ovlivňující majetkovou strukturu. Následně se zabývá finanční strukturou, optimální finanční strukturou, pravidly financování a nakonec konkurenčním prostředím. Na základě dat účetních závěrek jsou pro-vedeny horizontální a vertikální analýzy majetkové a finanční struktury, které jsou do-plněné o poměrové ukazatele aktiv a zadluženosti. Dále je posouzena majetkově-finanční stabilita na základě pravidel financování. Nakonec je analyzovaná společnost porovnána s konkurencí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze property and financial structures company STRABAG plc. between 2013 - 2016 and to assess property and financial stability. The thesis is divided into two parts - literary research and application part. Literary research deals with the property structure of a joint stock company and factors influencing the ownership structure. It then deals with the financial structure, the optimal financial structure, the funding rules and ultimately the competitive environment. Based on the data of the financial statements, horizontal and vertical analyzes of the property and financial structure, are complemented by the ratio of assets and indebredness. Furthermore, property-financial stability is assessed on the basis of funding rules. Finally, the analyzed company is compared with the competition. |
