| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá sportovními eventy jako cíli sportovního cestovního ruchu. Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnání vybraných eventů z hlediska významu pro cestovní ruch v destinaci. První část vymezuje sportovní cestovní ruch, jeho význam a typologii, zahrnuje event tourism, definici eventu, jeho klasifikaci, specifikuje sportovní eventy, jejich rozdělení a popisuje dopady eventů na destinaci cestovního ruchu. Druhá část představuje dva vybrané eventy - hokejový turnaj Carlson Hockey Games a tenisový turnaj J&T Banka Prague Open, jejich charakteristiku a klasifikaci z různých hledisek. Třetí část obsahuje primární výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření mezi návštěvníky vybraných eventů. Výsledkem práce je analýza výsledků získaných na základě dotazníkového šetření, celkové shrnutí výsledků a závěry plynoucí ze zpracování tohoto tématu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with sport tourism events as objectives of sport tourism. The purpose of this thesis is to compare selected events in terms of their impact for tourism in destination. The first part defines sport tourism, its impact and typology, it includes event tourism, definition of event and its classification. There is also sport tourism events, their characteristics and sorting and description of sport tourism events and their impacts on destination of tourism. The second part presents two selected events - hockey tournament Carlson Hockey Games and tennis tournament J&T Banka Prague Open, their characteristics and various classification. The third part contains primary research including questionnaire among the visitors of selected events. The result of the thesis is data analysis based on the questionnaire outputs, the overall summary of the results and the conclusions resulting from the processing of this topic. |
