| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modelem od Hofstedeho, který využiji pro analýzu Středočeského kraje včetně Prahy. Dále je výzkum zaměřen na homogenity národní kultury z hlediska vzdělání a věku respondentů v kraji. Tato analýza je definována kvantitativní metodikou, a to pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků dojde k porovnání získaných hodnot mezi jednotlivými věkovými generacemi a celkového vzorku Středočeského kraje. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the Hofstede´s model which I will use for the analysis of the Central Bohemia Region including Prague. Further research is focused on the homogeneities of the national culture in terms of education and age of respondents in the region. This analysis is defined by a quantitative methodology, using a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the results, the obtained values will be compared between the individual age generations and the total sample of the Central Bohemia Region. |
