| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a předpovědět dopady vlivu stárnutí populace na potřeby sociálních služeb a vybraných služeb zdravotní péče ve správním obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Mělník. Kromě teoretického rámce a demografické charakteristiky tohoto územního celku jsou proto zkoumány i místní potřeby služeb dlouhodobé péče pomocí vývoje počtu příjemců příspěvku na péči a naplnění těchto potřeb z hlediska kapacit a vybavenosti služeb. Stěžejní částí práce je projekce vývoje počtu obyvatelstva pro SO ORP Mělník do roku 2050. Na základě této projekce je zpracován předpokládaný vývoj počtu příjemců příspěvku na péči do roku 2035 ve dvou scénářích a vypočtena předpokládaná potřebná kapacita služeb dlouhodobé péče. Závěrem práce jsou vypočteny dodatečné náklady na zabezpečení těchto služeb a navržena možná opatření. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this Master thesis is to analyse and predict the impact of population ageing on long-term care services in the administrative district of municipality with extended powers Melnik. Besides theoretical approach and demographic characteristics of this region there are also analysed regional demands on the long-term care services. Therefore, the number of care allowance recipients and the capacity of the long-term care facilities are investigated. The most important contribution of this Master thesis is the calculation of the population projection for the Melnik district with the projection horizon in the year 2050. This projection is further used for developing the projection of number of the care allowance recipients in two scenarios until the year 2035. Also, the rising demand for the capacity of long-term care facilities and additional costs involved are calculated. |
