Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je detailní charakteristika amerického podnikatelského prostředí se zaměřením na identifikaci a popis konkrétních obchodních bariér vstupujících do procesu dovozu alkoholických nápojů, konkrétně piva, lihovin a vína do USA . Dílčím cílem této práce je zhodnotit americký trh z hlediska makroekonomické stability a obchodních možností pro české exportéry. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku amerického podnikatelského prostředí. Obsahem druhé kapitoly je analýza základních makroekonomických ukazatelů a zahraničního obchodu USA. Třetí kapitola shrnuje možnosti využití proexportní podpory poskytované českými státními organizacemi CzechTrade a CzechInvest. Poslední kapitola je již zaměřena ryze na problematiku dovozů alkoholických nápojů do Spojených států a veškerých náležitostí s těmito dovozy spojených. |

Abstract: | The main objective of this diploma thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis of the American business environment with the aim of identifying and describing specific trade barriers entering the process of alcoholic beverages importation (namely beer, spirits and wine) into the United States. The operational objective of this thesis is to evaluate the American market in terms of its macroeconomic stability and trade opportunities for Czech exporters. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the characteristics of the American business environment. The second chapter contains a thorough analysis of basic macroeconomic indicators and US foreign trade. The third chapter summarizes the possibilities of using pro-export support provided by the Czech government organizations CzechTrade and CzechInvest. The last chapter is primarily focused on the process of alcohol importation into the US, also discussing all requirements associated with these imports. |
