| Abstract: | The thesis is going to be focused on the comparison of the both Basel’s, Basel 2 and Basel 3, with an idea to identify the main reasons of Basel 3 establishment. The work is going to be divided into four main parts. In the first part, which will be theoretical one, the history of regulation establishment, the situation behind Basel 2 and the reasons of Basel 3 creation will be explained. The following parts are going to be focused on the Belgium banking system analysis, application on Basel 3 and its impact, which will be shown from statistical point of view. The concluding part will show the possible future perspective. |

| Abstract: | Práce se zaměří na srovnání obou Basilejských předpisů Basilej 2 a Basilej 3 s nápadem identifikovat hlavní důvody založení Basileje 3. Práce bude rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V první části, která bude teoretická, bude vysvětlena historie vzniku regulace, situace v Basileji 2 a důvody vytvoření Basileje 3. Následující části se zaměří na analýzu belgického bankovního systému, na aplikaci Basel 3 a na její dopad, který bude statisticky sledován. Závěrečná část ukazuje možnou budoucí perspektivu. |
