| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením vlivu implementace certifikátu ISO na výkonnost podnikatelských subjektů v odvětví CZ-NACE 25. Obsahem první části práce je charakteristika obecného konceptu kvality a jejího řízení, popisu normy ISO 9000. Uvedeny jsou také dosavadní výsledky ze studií, které zkoumaly vliv certifikátu ISO 9000 na výkonnost podniků. Ve druhé části práce je využito nástrojů finanční analýzy a ekonometrických metod nalezení vlivu certifikátu 9000 na výkonnost a konkurenceschopnost stavebních podniků. Práce je zakončená diskuzí získaných výsledků a doporučeními pro podniky, které uvažují o implementaci tohoto certifikátu do svého řízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the definition of the impact of the ISO 9000 certificate implementation on the performance and competitiveness of business entities on sample of firms operating in metalworking industry The first part of the thesis considers the characteristics of the general concept of quality and its management system QMS. Study results examining the impact of ISO 9000 on business financial and nonfinancial performance were also reported. The second part of the thesis considers using tools of financial analysis and econometric methods to find influence of ISO on enterprises. The work concludes by discussing the results and recommendations for companies considering the implementation of this certificate to their management. |
