| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována problematice tvorby ABC kalkulace ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Cílem této práce je tvorba ABC kalkulace ve vybraném zdravotním zařízení, kterým je Kardiologická ordinace s.r.o. poskytující služby v oblasti interní a kardiologické medicíny. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky z odborné literatury ohledně metody Activity Based Costing a jejího uplatnění ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V praktické části se již sestavuje samotná ABC kalkulace založená na datech z roku 2017, která byla ordinací poskytnuta. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on formation of the ABC model in healthcare facilities. The main aim of the thesis is to form a pilot project of the ABC method on the example of particular healthcare facility – Kardiologická ordinace s.r.o., that provides services in cardiology and internal medicine. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part summarizes findings from literature review regarding the Activity-Based Costing method and their application in medical organizations. In practical part of the thesis, ABC method is performed based on 2017 data provided by the healthcare facility. |
