| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu mezinárodních smluv na vnitrostátní právoa tím na suverenitu státu a svobodu občanů. Po představení pramenů v rámci materiálovéstudie jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny klíčové pojmy, základní historické souvislosti anázory expertů, které jsou nezbytné pro provedení rozboru. Ten hodnotí sledovaný vztahv různých obdobích včetně prognózy, jakým směrem se bude koncept EU v budoucnuubírat. V závěru práce je ověřena platnost položené hypotézy a související výstupy. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the impact of the international legislation onthe national legal system and subsequently on the country sovereignty and citizens´freedom. Based on resources introduction within material study the theoretical partexplains key terms, essential historical conditions and experts´ opinions necessary for theanalysis. The analysing part evaluates law systems´ interactions in different periodsincluding the prognosis of future EU concept proceedings. The conclusion brings avalidation of the given hypothesis and related outcomes. |
