| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá potencionálními dopady Čtvrté průmyslové revoluce na trh práce. První část je věnována obecné charakteristice a vývoji jednotlivých fází průmyslové revoluce. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na tři vybrané trendy Čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, jmenovitě se jedná o Internet věcí, 3D tisk a autonomní dopravu. Třetí část je věnována dopadům Revoluce 4.O na trh práce a možnému řešení. Cílem práce je potvrdit stanovenou hypotézu, že Revoluce 4.0 vede k zániku pracovních míst. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the implications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the labor market. The first part describes specific phases of the industrial revolution and its characteristics. Second part handles with three chosen trends of the Revolution 4.0, namely Internet of things, 3D printing and Autonomous driving. Third part discusses the implications on the labor market and possible solutions. The goal of the thesis is to confirm the hypothesis that the Fourth Industrial Revolution leads to the decline of jobs on the labor market. |
