| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi kvantitou a kvalitou zdravotní péče ve třech vybraných porodnicích. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat situaci porodnic podobné velikosti a podobných služeb. Bude porovnáván vliv počtu provedených zákroků na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Statistická data budou získána od zástupců porodnic, data týkající se kvality budou vyhodnocena pomocí standardů Světové zdravotnické organizace a dotazníků spokojenosti od matek. Po vyhodnocení kvality bude použit chí-kvadrát test, kterým se zjistí vztah mezi stanovenými hranicemi určitých výkonů a skutečně provedenými výkony. Vztah kvantity a kvality bude zobrazen pomocí bodového diagramu a vysvětlen statistickými ukazateli. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the relationship between quantity and quality of health care in three selected maternity hospitals. The main goal is to monitor the situation of maternity hospitals of similar size and similar services. The influence of the number of interventions performed on the quality of provided services will be compared.Statistical data will be collected from maternity wards, quality data will be evaluated using World Health Organization standards and satisfaction questionnaires from mothers. After quality evaluation, a chi-square test will be used to determine the relationship between specified performance limits and actual performance. The relationship of quantity and quality will be shown using a point diagram and explained by statistical indicators. |
