Abstract: | Práca charakterizuje priamy predaj ako ďalšiu formu získavania zákazníkov v odvetví maloobchodu. Obsahuje stručnú históriu, organizácie priameho predaja a charakterizuje etický kódex, ktorým sa spoločnosti riadia. Praktická časť je zameraná na americkú spoločnosť Southwestern, ktorá takto predáva svoje produkty. |
