| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda lze pohyblivou složku mzdy považovat ve vybrané organizaci X za motivační nástroj. Zkoumaná organizace se zabývá obchodem, a proto je výzkum orientován zejména na prodejce. Dílčím cílem je zjistit úroveň sociální atmosféry na pracovišti, a zda ji může pohyblivá složka mzdy ovlivňovat. Potřebná data k výzkumu jsou získána prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření provedeného ve vybrané firmě. K sestavení dotazníku je použit psychologický dotazník blíže charakterizovaný v metodologii. Získaná fakta jsou následně analyzována a vyhodnocena. V závěru práce jsou výsledky výzkumu shrnuty společně s doporučením pro vedení dané organizace. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor work is to find out if the movable part of salary can be considered as the toll of motivation in a certain organization. The described organization is engaged in business and because of it the research is mainly focused on sellers. The intermediate goal is to map the social atmosphere level of the workplace and find out if the movable part of salary can influence it. The data needed for the research is gained by the questionnaires executed in a certain company. For the composition of the questionnaire was used also a psychological questionnaire described in methodology. The gain data is analysed and evaluated afterwards. In the end of this bachelor work the results of the research and the recommendations for the organization are presented. |
