| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza spotřebitelského chování zákazníků tříkamenných second-hand obchodů v České republice. Jedná se rozdílné obchodypůsobící na Táborsku v Jihočeském kraji. Prvním obchodem je Hrabárnav Soběslavi, druhým Výběrový second-hand Bellitex v Plané nad Lužnicía posledním Putovní second-hand Marwil v Táboře. Výzkum je zaměřen na zjištěnímotivů nákupu zákazníků v těchto vybraných second-hand obchodech. Výsledkemje nalezení společných a rozdílných charakteristik spotřebitelského chovánízákazníků jednotlivých prodejen v komparaci s výzkumem Quioty a Rouxeprovedeném v západním světě a Americe. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse consumer behaviour of customers of three stone second-hand shops in the Czech Republic. These different shops are situated in the Tábor region of South Bohemia. The first shop is Hrabárna in Soběslav, the second one is Superior Second-Hand Bellitex in Planá nad Lužnicí and the last one is Travelling Second-Hand Marwil in Tábor. The research is focused on finding out the customers’ motives to do the shopping in these selected second-hand stores. The survey results show similarities and differences of consumer behavior of customers in individual stores in comparison with Quioty and Roux researches conducted in the Western world and America. |
