| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, jak vybrané ženy pracující na území hlavního města Prahy a okolí přistupují ke svému duševnímu zdraví, jakému stresu jsou vystaveny, jak se s ním vypořádávají a v neposlední řadě, jak slaďují svůj pracovní život s osobním. Práce obsahuje již dostupnou teorii k tomuto tématu a některé vybrané moderní přístupy péče o duševní zdraví. Praktická část je získána na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a vyhodnocuje reálné zvládání této problematiky u vybraných žen. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, how chosen women working in Prague and close surrounding approach to their mental health; which stress they must face and how do they deal with it. Finally, how do these women balance their work and personal life. Thesis contains available theory for this topic as well as some modern approaches to the mental health. Practical part is made based on the half-structured interviews and evaluates how chosen women deal with this topic in real life. |
