| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o systémech eGovernmentu v České republice. První část práce je věnována teoretickým informacím o těchto systémech, a to zejména o historickém vývoji eGovernmentu v České republice, následovaném teoretickým představením základních systémů a popisem legislativních úprav těchto komponentů na úrovni vyhlášek a zákonů České republiky. Teoretická část práce je završena představením mezinárodních systémů pro hodnocení vyspělosti eGovernmentu v zemích, které jsou součástí Organizace spojených národů a dále Evropské unie. Praktická část práce se zaobírá vlastním výzkumem vztahu vybrané skupiny uživatelů k základním systémům eGovernmentu v České republice. K tomuto zkoumání bylo využito kvalitativní metody – polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, díky které byl zmapován základní vztah mezi respondenty a systémy eGovernmentu a následně byl tento vztah zasazen do mezinárodního kontextu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with eGovernment systems in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to theoretical information about these systems, especially about the historical development of eGovernment in the Czech Republic, followed by the theoretical introduction of basic systems and a description of legislative modifications of these components at the level of decrees and laws of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is completed with the introduction of international systems for the evaluation of the level of eGovernment development in countries that are part of the United Nations and the European Union. The practical part of the thesis deals with the research of the relationship between a selected group of users and the basic eGovernment systems in the Czech Republic. For this research was used a qualitative method – semi-structured interviews, which mapped the basic relationship among respondents and eGovernment systems and subsequently this relationship was set in an international context. |
