| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou okolí podniku Fatra a.s. Cílem této práce bylo získat informace, které jsou důležité pro strategické rozhodování společnosti Fatra a.s. a to za pomocí analýzy okolí zahrnující analýzu makrookolí, mikrookolí a vnitřního prostředí. Pro dosažení těchto cílů byla v teoretické části práce použita metoda literární rešerše aktuálních a odpovídajících tématu knih a monografií. Praktická část této bakalářské práce uváděla základní charakteristiky zpracovatelského odvětví, ve kterém působí společnost Fatra a.s., a to plastový a pryžový průmysl, zkoumala jeho základní ekonomické ukazatele a předváděla hlavní zástupce v každém jednotlivém sektoru průmyslu. Poté byla provedena PEST analýza podniku Fatra a.s., kde se probíraly politicko-legislativní, finančně-ekonomické, sociální a technické a technologické, ovlivňující vývoj podniku. Na konci práci byly výsledky provedených analýz shrnuty do komplexního zjištění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis dealt with the analysis of environment of Fatra a.s. The aim of this work was to obtain information that is important for strategic decision making of Fatra a.s. by analyzing the environment, including analysis of the macro-environment, micro-environment, and indoor environment. In order to achieve these goals, the theoretical part of the thesis uses a method of literary research of current and corresponding topics of books and monographs. The practical part of this bachelor thesis presented the basic characteristics of the processing industry in which Fatra a.s., a plastic and rubber industry, operates, examined its basic economic indicators and demonstrated the main representatives in each individual industry. After that, PEST analysis of Fatra a.s. was carried out, where political-legislative, financial-economic, social, as well as technical and technological factors influencing the development of the company, were discussed. At the end of the work, the results of the analyses were summarized in a complex finding. |
